Integrale Pet Nat Bianco Frizzante

Hand-picked organic indigenous grapes (Glera, Garganega, Serprino and Pinella) are refermented in the bottle after primary tank fermentation.  Aromas of fresh pears, lemons and stone fruit.  The palate is a delightful mix of white peach, golden apple, exotic fruits and white flowers with a fresh, dry finish.

This unfiltered Pét-nat is made from organic, hand-picked native grapes from the area between Conegliano Valdobbiadene and Asolo in Veneto. Give the bottle a slight roll to integrate the sediment in all of its unfiltered glory.
