Juicy ripe plum, fresh wild cherry with a hint of dried herbs & grass, balanced with gentle acidity and velvety tannins. Early harvest Merlot, slowly cold fermented. Produced with minimal intervention: sustainable and vegan. Serve at room temperature. Will benefit from decanting when young.
